Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in (by 23:59 local time).
チェックイン7日前の23:59までであれば、無料でキャンセルできます。 - 50% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made 3 to 6 days before check-in.
チェックイン3〜6日前のキャンセルは宿泊料金の50%を頂戴します。 - 100% of the total price will be charged for cancellations made within 2 days of check-in or in case of no-show.
チェックイン2日前以降のキャンセル、または無断不泊の場合は宿泊料金の100%を頂戴します。 - All refunds will be processed according to this cancellation policy.
返金はすべて本キャンセルポリシーに基づいて処理されます。

- If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
ご予約のキャンセルをご希望の場合は、できるだけ早くメールでご連絡ください。 - Please include your name and booking dates in your email.
